Terms
Effective and last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms cover using this website and how we work with clients. For a project, the written quote you sign is the agreement; where it differs from this page, the signed quote applies.
Who we are
This website is run by VCinema LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as VCinema Studios, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean VCinema Studios.
Using this website
- You may browse the site and use its forms to tell us about a project, ask for an estimate, book a call or join the VCinema Supply list.
- Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or get around its security or spam check, no bulk scraping, and no sending someone else’s details or material you don’t have the right to share.
- The site’s text, images, video, logos and design belong to VCinema LLC or are used with permission. You may link to the site, but not copy or reuse its content without our written permission.
- Links to other sites (such as Instagram, IMDb, VCinema.TV and Cal.com) are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites, and their own terms apply.
- We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version.
- The site is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we aren’t liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that can’t be limited.
Prices and estimates
- Prices on this site are starting prices for the scope listed, with every price rounded up to the nearest $50. A change in scope changes the price.
- The estimator on Pricing, and any estimate we email you, are estimates, not offers. The offer is the written quote, valid for 30 days.
Working with us on a project
- A project starts when you sign the quote and pay the 50% deposit, due on signature. The balance is due before the final masters are released.
- Deposits, cancellations and refunds work as set out on Refunds.
- Two rounds of consolidated notes, given in writing, are included. Extra rounds are priced in the quote. Regenerating AI shots, or changing the approved script, cast, look or locations after story lock, is a change order you sign before the work starts.
- Talent, hired crew, equipment rentals and locations are billed at cost plus 25%.
- We deliver digital files only. No drives, discs or prints are included.
- Who owns the work, and what you may do with it, is on Asset licenses. How we use and label AI is on AI terms.
Your materials
You confirm that you own, or have the rights to, everything you send us (logos, products, trademarks, music, footage, images, likenesses and other material), and that what you plan to do with the work is lawful. You supply the signed releases for anyone you bring to the project.
Our promises
We get a signed release from every performer we cast before filming, use paid commercial tiers of the AI tools we use, and don’t knowingly infringe anyone’s rights. Apart from that, and from what your signed quote says, the work is provided without other warranties, express or implied.
Responsibility and limits
- Each of us is responsible for third-party claims caused by our own breach, negligence or willful misconduct, and you are responsible for claims caused by the material you supply or by using the work beyond the agreed scope. Neither of us covers the other’s own negligence.
- Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you have actually paid us for it. Neither of us is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages. These limits don’t apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Electronic signatures
We sign quotes, change orders and related documents electronically, and electronic signatures and records count as originals. If you hire us as a consumer rather than for a business, the quote first asks for your consent to electronic records; you can ask for a paper copy at no charge, or withdraw that consent, by email.
Disputes
If a dispute comes up, tell us in writing first. We will both try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days from that notice. If that doesn’t settle it, the laws of the State of Georgia apply, and the dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Cobb County, Georgia.
